‘George Antonios’ Sideris is a music technologist, audio engineer, and digital marketer from Atlanta, Georgia.
In 2015 he received a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies with areas of emphasis in Music and Recording Industry Music and a minor in Psychology. Between 2011 and 2015, he received certifications in Ableton Live, Live Sound & Acoustics, Professional Music Production, Steve Vai Guitar, and General Music Studies from Berklee College of Music, and a certification in Sound Design & Synthesis from Dubspot. George received a certification in Social Marketing from HootSuite, and an Advanced Social Media Strategy certification from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University. He is will complete a Masters of Science in Music Technology from IUPUI in August of 2017.
George currently works as a freelance music technologist, private instructor, and audio engineer.
Outside of freelance work, George plays guitar, piano, sings, and designs synthesizers. He performs live using Ableton, live instruments, and MIDI controllers, and dabbles with audio reactive visuals using Max/Jitter. George also creates learning materials on music production.
Vivid Kind was founded by George in December 2015 to create a platform for musical and visual artists. With the statement “For the Art, Not the Image,” the collective is focused on spreading the creativity of artists. George handles the overall day-to-day operations of Vivid Kind, including A&R management, website design and maintenance, and social media marketing.
